Come celebrate this much-anticipated release of a three-disc set of duo piano recordings, Who Knows?

Paul Hofmann was my first mentor as a high-school student struggling to come to terms with jazz. I continued to study with him until the time I left Rochester for NYC almost a decade later. The summer before I left town, we took a road trip to Kansas City to document the fruits of our collaborations; the CD features a wealth of compositions by some of the most important pianist-composers in the history of jazz, along with some original compositions and free improvisations of our own.
